Office opening times: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Office closed: Friday afternoon and most Public Holidays (for full list of Public Holiday dates, please call the surgery administrator).

Patients are seen by appointment only, it is suggested you call the office approximately two weeks before your annual visit is due, so that we can schedule a time that is most convenient for you. If you have a immediate problem or emergency, we will schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
When canceling an appointment we request you notify the surgery a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment time, this is necessary for the surgery to reschedule your appointment, secondly and most importantly, your canceled appointment can be offered to another patient on our appointment standby list which is greatly appreciated.
Registration Requirements
It is important to note that at all times when you visit our office, please be sure to bring your passport and your medical insurance card.
If you have not attended our surgery within 12 months, or if your previous registration information has changed, you will be required to complete a new registration form , in one of the following processes:
1. Print and fill out our patient and medical information sheet which must be
supplied to the surgery administrator when you arrive for your appointment or,
2. Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order
to complete this necessary paperwork.
All patient information is strictly confidential.
The
Results
We will notify patients of results by mail. Mammogram results are communicated to the patient and the surgery by the radiologist.
If there is evidence of an abnormality in your pap smear or if your mammogram results are questionable, we will contact you by phone to discuss a recommended follow-up plan.
Prescriptions and
Refills
Routine prescription refills will be made during regular office hours only. To request a prescription refill, please call our office and leave a message indicating your name, date of birth, the name of the medication, the prescription number and the pharmacy name and phone number.
Telephone Inquiries
Our medical office phone number is + 49 (089) 44 90 00 01. Our telephone policy is structured to allow Doctor Miller or the attending medical staff to care for patients in the office with a minimum of interruptions. A staff of triage nurses will be available to answer your questions and relay information to Doctor Miller or any member of the medical team, as appropriate. Emergency calls will be handled immediately, while less urgent calls will be returned as soon as possible.
