How
to use it

After
a local
anesthetic is given, the doctor surgically cuts the vas deferens, or
tube that carries the sperm, and than ties it off; places an occlusive
clip on it; or cauterizes it.

Permanent.
Surgical
procedure required. Some discomfort at the time of procedure. Less than
1 % of women get rejoining of the tube ands. Only should be chosen
if absolutely sure no more children or no children are wanted.

operative symptoms given you by the surgeon; redness, swelling or pain
of the scrotum; bleeding from the small incision or puncture site: or
your partner misses a period. Although pregnancy is extremly rare, it
can occur.
